Booking Conditions

1. Payment of Deposit - In order to confirm space for your tour a deposit of 50% of a day trip or golf package along with a completed traveler's profile must be mailed or e-mailed to BC Golf Adventures.
2. Payment of Balance - BC Golf Adventures must receive full payment on invoice no later than 45 days prior to commencement of trip. If full payment is not received by this date your booking will be considered canceled.
3. Pricing - All trip prices are quoted is CAN dollars and are exclusive of any taxes. Any taxes paid by will be shown on your invoice price.
4. Credit Cards - Credit cards are not accepted at this time for payment purposes.
5. Minimum Stay or Restricted Times - On weekends, some accommodations require a minimun 2 night stay. Some restrictions apply depending on date, contact us for more details.

Cancellation Fee and Refunds

All cancellations must be received in writing. If a trip is cancelled for any reason by BC Golf Adventures, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. Any cancellations made 45 or more days prior to a trip will incur a charge of $100.00. Cancellations made less than 45 days but more than 30 days prior to a trip will incur a 65% charge based on the non-refundable portions of accommodations and other miscellaneous costs associated with the trip.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to a trip date are non- refundable. Trips may be rescheduled, based on space availability.

Passport requirements

Current Canadian regulations require all non-residents to carry a valid passport or birth certificate and picture id. Please ensure that yours is up to date.
Insurance: Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
Taxes: Your final invoice price includes all government taxes, including GST. (Goods & Services Tax) If you are a US resident, half of the GST charged will be eligible for a refund following the trip. Please contact BC Golf Adventures for the necessary forms.

Responsibilities

BC Golf Adventures and its agents cannot be held responsible for any alteration that my occur in the timetable of services other than those owned and operated by BC Golf Adventures for any reason whatsoever. Should passengers incur additional expenses, it is the responsibility of each passenger. The right is reserved to cancel or amend any itinerary or program if it should become necessary. BC Golf Adventures shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however and who so ever caused and/or whatever kind occurring to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board the carrier or conveyance used or operated by BC Golf Adventures. The passage contract used by BC Golf Adventures shall constitute the sole contract between them and the purchaser of these tours and /or passenger, all tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation of other services provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operator, public carriers and managing agents.
BC Golf Adventures is not liable and denies all responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising out of these activities, whether caused by circumstances within or without its control. BC Golf Adventures reserves the right to amend, make variation or to cancel tours, accommodation, transport or other services and facilities advertised on its Website. These conditions cannot be varied, or altered or waived by any servant or agent or representative of BC Golf Adventures, or by any person providing services or facilities. BC Golf Adventures reserves the right to utilize hotels; other than those named in these itineraries to suit amended hotel reservations. It finalizes all arrangements upon the express conditions set out herewith. That it shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity occasioned through acts of default on the part of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out arrangements for the tours, or otherwise in connection there with. As the arrangements for each entire tour as specified in the itineraries represent a complete package of arrangements, an itemization of costs will not be rendered. Bookings are only accepted on these conditions and responsibilities as outlined above. Payment of a deposit is deemed to be an acknowledgment of this understanding.
